Welcome to the third version of the Intranet Focus Ltd web site since 1999. Our technical team have moved the site from a custom-built CMS to WordPress, and we have taken the opportunity to make some major changes to the site. Of course the main objective of this website is to promote the range of services we offer. In 2010 the clients we worked for included Axa Insurance (UK), Carribean Development Bank (Barbados), Ericsson Telecommunications (Sweden), Inchape Shipping Services (UK) and the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge. Along the way I also found time to write Sharepoint 2010 for Intranets and the Intranet Management Handbook, and work with Communitelligence to set up an Intranet Consultant on Call service in the USA.

The second objective of the site is to list web sites, bogs, books, reports and conferences that may be of value to intranet managers. Using WordPress will enable us to update the lists in the Resources section of the site as soon as new resources become available. Each chapter of the Intranet Management Handbook also lists many such resources, and these can be found in a separate section of the site as a service to readers of the Handbook, and other site visitors with a special interest in intranet management. A feature of this blog is the reviews I write of books and reports, many of which are initially highlighted in my Twitter account @intranetfocus.
